f18a1045ee Add files via upload 
Hi Alberto "Mardy",

I use your app recently on my Ubuntu phone and, although it's very useful (thank you for that), I think that some graphical improvements would not be refused ;)

Starting with the icon, I propose to you this new (simple) one in 3 sizes (128, 256 and 512 pix by side).

Tell me if you're interested, if you're not agree or if you need some changes.

21aea47514 [ubuntu] Wait half a second before marking articles as read 
Besides being a reasonable thing, this helps working around a problem
where the first article of a feed would always be marked as read even
when the user opened another item (because currentIndex is always
changed to 0 as soon as the model is ready).
