8f8a94c28e Add the concept of "deferred postings" 
This is pretty much exclusively for allowing one to use balance
assertions with replicated transactions across multiple files.

On dark backgrounds, the color for the current transaction makes the
text quite unreadable. Let's use a darker color in this case. Maybe some
other colors could be adjusted.
