ace4b65487 The register report is now mostly displaying multi-line balances correctly. 
It still shows lots even when --lots isn't specified, though.

fd2e6c2502 Ledger now builds without any significant warnings, except for one file. Some 
of the warnings had to be temporarily disabled, but will be checked again once
the code has moved into master.

65510c9a9f Use growlnotify on my system to signify the end of a build. This lets me know 
when I can hit "run" in gdb, without having to watch the build output.

d83e2f3487 Was forced to hack the '=' transaction operator to get it to work. This 
feature's implementation needs more work, so it's being pulled from 2.6.1 in
order to be developed further.

a42ecd5938 Removed all use of USE_BOOST_PYTHON from the main Ledger sources. When Python 
support is enabled for use within Ledger, it will do so through the current
scoping mechanism.

b6078393b6 Added a simple Makefile for building some of Ledger's dependency libraries and 
installing them into /usr/local/stow.  It will likely have to be run using
'sudo make'.

e123128da0 Added several submodules, to ease the pain of keeping track of Ledger's 
dependencies.  At the moment all it does is check them out for you at the same
version that I'm using.

b555649589 Relaxed checking of Automake requirements, and removed any need for the 
'myacprep' script.  Also support Python is now checked for by default when
building the development version (i.e., from version control).
