[ubuntu] Set "medium" as default font size
...
In the Ubuntu port we interpret the "webviewFontSize" value as an enum,
ranging from 0 (tiny) and 4 (huge). "medium" is 2, and that should be
our default value.

Add an option to strip invisible images.
...
By default this option is not set. If it is set, all invisible
images, i.e. images with a height or width of 0 or 1, will be removed
from the feed item content.
