e1b0203f5e I have improved the vim syntax file for ledger, c.f. attachment. 
Features:
- The fold gets the amount (in the first transaction) even when a note
  or currency or commodity follows it.
- It accepts "." and "," as a decimal separator.

e0dd2cd0a4 Changed to using rational numbers instead of integer approximations. 
As a result, dependency on the gdtoa was dropped, and dependency on mpfr was
added.

1aa1ff1977 Fully exported the value_t type to Python. 
Now this code works from a value expression:
