b133e16fb3 Fix ledger-reconcile-visit. 
Removes a (apparently) un-necessary check on the car of the 'where'
text property, and instead checks that the cdr is a valid marker
object. May not be the correct fix for this problem, but *does* work.

  foo(1, 2, 3)

However, this still does not work:

  (x, y, z -> print(x, y, z))(1, 2, 3)
