8c43aebffd [doc] Add "Dependency" anchor link to quick start section 
The quick start section is already called "For the Impatient", and this
minor doc tweak should decrease the time and effort demanded of a
new user before their first run by a very tiny amount, and it makes the
README a touch more cohesive.

825021a3f1 Add a reference to Debian 8 in the build instructions 
I successfully built ledger from git on Debian testing (jessie) as
of today (which will become Debian 8) with the packages listed in
README.md.

04fd759eb1 fix README.md build command 
--prefix= should not be passed to cmake directly. If the extra '--'
is removed then the prefix get passed correctly to cmake.
